Cocoon began with a simple observation: the hot water bottle — one of the oldest comforts in the world — hadn’t really been rethought in a century. Kettles boiled. Rubber perished. Caps leaked. And every winter, Australians kept reaching for them anyway, because nothing beats the feeling of steady warmth on a cold night.
So we made one thing, and made it properly. The Cocoon is an electric hot water bottle: it warms itself from a wall socket in minutes, with no kettle, no pouring, and no boiling water to handle. Sealed for life, wrapped in a soft knitted cover, and built with the safeguards we’d want in our own home — automatic shut-off, overheat protection, and an anti-leak seal.
