How long it takes

Orders are dispatched as quickly as we can, and you will receive a tracking link by email the moment yours is on the move.

Delivery windows vary with your location. Metropolitan addresses typically receive their order sooner than regional ones. If tracking has not updated in a few days, get in touch and we will chase it for you.

Every order is sent with tracking. The link is emailed to you when the order is dispatched, so keep an eye on your inbox and your spam folder.

Import duties and taxes

Orders are shipped internationally. Depending on where you are, your customs authority may apply import duties or taxes. Any such charges are set by your government, are not included in the price shown at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If something goes wrong in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking suggests it has gone astray, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and we will resolve it.
