It starts with a feeling a lot of us know too well — the heating's on, everyone else is fine, and you're still reaching for another layer.
Cold hands. Cold feet. A 2am wake-up because the old rubber bottle gave up hours ago. We figured the humble hot water bottle hadn't really changed in a hundred years: boil the kettle, burn your fingers, get an hour of warmth if you're lucky, and live with something that looks like it belongs in a hospital.
So we went looking for a better one — and we were strict about it. It had to be rechargeable, so there's no kettle and no cords by morning. It had to stay warm for hours, not minutes. It had to be genuinely safe to take to bed. And it had to be beautiful enough to leave out — not hide under the sheets.
