How does an electric hot water bottle work?

The Cocoon is sealed for life — you never fill it. Plug it into a wall socket, and an internal element gently warms the liquid inside in minutes. Unplug it, and it holds its warmth for hours of couch, desk or bed time. No kettle, no pouring, no boiling water.

Is it safe?

Safety is the reason Cocoon exists. Every unit has automatic shut-off, overheat protection and a sealed anti-leak design — and because there’s no boiling water involved, the riskiest part of the traditional routine is gone entirely. Always follow the included care instructions.

How long does the warmth last?

It depends on the room and how you use it — under a blanket it holds warmth considerably longer than in the open. For most people it comfortably covers an evening wind-down or sees you off to sleep.

What colours does it come in?

Three: Blush (soft rose), Forest (deep green) and Slate (warm grey), each with a soft knitted cover.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch orders as quickly as we can and you’ll receive tracking by email. Delivery time then depends on where you are in Australia — metro areas are typically faster than regional addresses.
